In my consciousness, I love the idea of rejuvenation. Because again, it's another level. It is an example that something has been depleted, and needs to be restored, or made whole again. In my mind, I think of rejuvenation as a liquid; meaning it can reach anywhere, through any crevice. And once you get just a little drop, it can save your life. I think of rejuvenation as a burst of energy from the source, to you. Momentum may be low, and tanks may need to be filled. But when you are revitalized, and the juices start to flow. You are able to feel life again. You feel you can conquer the world. When you are rejuvenated, you can breath deep, and really taste the air.
A lot of times we think on the physical plane, so our bodies will take the bulk of the responsibility of feeling rejuvenation. So yes we must eat right, and stretch our bodies. And with rest and relaxation, we can help heal our bodies. But what about our minds? What does it mean to have your soul rejuvenated?
We have to dig back down into our roots. Embrace what we have and what we are, and decide to move forward. There are different parts of you that may need to be restored, and at different times. Sometimes it's our mind, our thoughts, our ideas. Sometime's it's as simple as about getting rid of old thinking patterns, and creating new ones. Maybe your soul is feeling neglected, maybe you're not doing what you're really supposed to be doing in life. Maybe you're two steps away from becoming your ultimate self. Use this energy, this new year to catapult you into your more fluid self. Your powerful self. Remember rejuvenation is like a liquid, a liquid that can go anywhere. And same liquid resides in you.
